How can I board the train before 2130 when its scheduled arrival time is 2145 hrs?
Yes we can complain it because we paying for it and not getting that facility in this case Mr Mayank Paid 175 ₹ (395-220) extra but didn't get his meal
1. Booking not allowed from CNB to KGP, yet he is able to board cause of it. He is making a reservation from NDLS which will be counted as a person travelling from NDLS only though he boarded at CNB.
2. The arrival of time at CNB makes it infeasible to provide dinner.
