Ek to pehle se hi long route se aati hai, upar se BJU-GHY section me bhi bematlab slowed down hai, compared to 12424 in the same section. 12436 take 14 hours from BJU to GHY, but 12424 takes on 12 hours 50 minutes. This train also has a lot of slack near MB, LKO and BSB. It could be speeded up with new timings as:
NDLS Dept: 11:30 AM
MB Dept: 14:10
LKO...

BSB Dept: 23:45
BJU Dept: 06:10 (50 minutes before 12424 and this gap will remain throughout till GHY)
KIR Dept: 09:25
NJP Dept: 12:40
GHY Arrival: 19:00 (as it is, 50 minutes before 12424)
