If one have a Confirmed ticket, in GN Quota, some how he/she can't caught the train and train left the station?
In this situation what he/she will do?
Did? he/she will get the refund? If yes how much???
Same about the Tatkal Ticket also??

50% of the base fare. you wont the get the tatkal refund.
I guess you have cancel the tkt within 4 hrs after the train departure and not more than 12hrs( 12hrs - I doubt)
