Will get hammered up badly that route needs slack. And why to increase SF fare for just 2kph speedup. Its already at 53kph. A 2kph speedup would only be a petty speedup for adding SF charge.
Actually speed up possible hai.. Atleast MB - BE - Sitapur and end mai if other train aren't disturbed.. Else ur wish..!!
Between MB BE NR gives speed of 60-70 only on paper in actual its tough for any train to get over 55 there. Rest everywhere speed adjusted as you said. And thanks for suggestions.
