He is trying to bring altruistic angle to this by saying that he is updating for idea and such thing. This is wrong - correct TT was already posted in the forum at 12:55 /blog/post/2285967. He has done TL at 15:30. This TL is wrong and done for count increase only.

1. Coming to his behaviour. Sir I have complained to you many times where Admins have used their designation for misuse and shouting down members. I have suffered when I joined IRI last year.

2. From that time I have contributed my best to this site, tried to gain some standing, so that one day these admins cant shout and abuse members like me. From that time I was a vocal supporter of you making new members as FMs and TLMs like Mr. Subrat Srivastava.

3. This issue I raised at FM forum, but no action taken, since FMs are scared of Admins.

4. Finally this sort of abuse and name calling is totally unacceptable.

Note: Personally speaking - Many admins are helpful, encouraging, and appreciative. But few people are there who believe they can abuse and call names and get away with it.
