Blanking out of old news is not allowed according to moderator Sir's direction.
But moderator sir has also added that "blanking out is not allowed unless the news is wrong or misleading."
Here after some months this news will mean that
"train will depart late on 22, 29 jan 2018" which is 'misleading' info.... & so should be removed".
