I was under impression that when a high profile meeting is held on such an important issue, all related information and documents are presented and ready. What is this ? No report presented on diversions, alternatives which was prepared by SER/ECR. They will perform loss assessment before taking any final decision ? They must be kidding because they are putting human lives in danger every day, is there any greater loss than innocent human lives ??
Yes. Dhanbad-Chandrapura rail line. IR is busy laying tracks in areas where it has poor return to scale factor but not fast tracking the alternative to this line.
