Goa exp is for public from Goa up to Pune to Delhi and is already running will full capacity moreover it has to reach NZM in least time and not to connect people of interior maharastra . If such a connection is required then a new train bi weekly should be run from kolhapur via miraj kurudwadi latur parbhani rather then Goa exp diverted.
I feel, Latur people will start demanding Goa, Kerala, TN and all other premium trains for the region....
