psanga_sur^~ 5601 blog postsIn yesterday's meeting with Solapur MP Mr. Sharad Bansode at DRM office, it is decided that SUR Division will be sending proposal of Solapur - Pune - Solapur new Intercity Express due to increased demand in this route.
It is brought to notice that rake of 22139/40 is idle at Solapur for whole day. So CR is decided to use that rake for running day time Intercity between Solapur and Pune with Kurduwadi, Jeur & Daund hault.
Timings of this train likely to be reverse of 12169/70 in both directions. ...

Actually this two are totally different things.
1. 22139/40 is idle at Solapur for 15 hrs, SUR Division want to run this train as Solapur Pune Solapur Express in it's idle time. (This rake having SL, 3AC, 2AC coaches)
2. 11423/24 Solapur Hubali Express running with chair car and act as an Intercity between Solapur & Hubli.
But SWR want to cancel this train...
