21:15 is impossible there is already a daily Superfast Express named Gowthami to Kakinada port. See this n give ur views
My timings were suggestive, your train may precede or succeed Gowthami. Reaching NGP at comfortable time around 6:00 am or later is necessary as this train shall be very convenient to NGP,G,Durg,R,BSP residents which can make this train highly successful (patronage as well as revenue)-
