As per the updates given by KC Sandeep clearly states that bridges and construction of barrier walls is in progress .so until those works complete's , you cannot expect them to lay the tracks and complete the Doubling.For now only land has been levelled.

Even after laying tracks signals must be placed and cable wiring must be one through signals for it to function.and after that track must be assessed properly whether it is aligned properly or not. .

Not the entire stretch will be doubled this year, it will be 30 KMs this year. Next year it will be a massive stretch since the civil works would have been completed by then.

Has the levelling been done?
I feel railways should have done first yehalanka to dodbullapur.
