Its better they ask passengers to bring their own earphones or headphones. I think it is 3.5 mm jack. Those who dont have can buy it onboard worth 30. Also its not hygienic to use somebody else's earphones.
And for the morons who stole them I would like to say that People who can't use public services with some dignity don't deserve these facilities.
