Respected/Dear Railway Minister Sir,
Kindly give instructions to the officers to attache 2 more sleeper coches in Himachal Express 14553/14554 that passengers can get Sleeper Seats in this Train easily. There many Shrine's and passengers are eagerly want to go there, but only 2 Sleeper coches are available in this train.
