* Present Chennai Duronto Express is ill conceived one, taking a longer route (556km) instead of shorter route (492km) via Vriddhachalam. Journey time is also longer 8:40 as compared to very comfortable overnight trains on the shorter route.
* Longer route, longer journey time, Higher Shatabdi fares, plus punishment of Flexi fares plus 25 years old rejected ICF rake of old Rajdhanis. This train is a true example of "KARELA WOH BHI NEEM CHADHA"
