At presently Chennai Central is only the station from where train begins its journey with Eloco,though changes happens in between 90%

I think let railways complete the existing projects first, but doubling is badly needed in Rajasthan and Gujarat and all the dense routes. Dense routes like Ahmedabad to Jodhpur should be doubled and electrified.
