AC coach is comfortable as long as ac works, else is a hot chamber of suffocation. Complaints of Non working of ac on a running train should be taken on priority.
Proper communication is very important in such matters. Looks like the "ac has been repaired and it take some time for coach to cool down" was not properly conveyed to paxs. hence the instance of chain pulling and delaying of the premium train.
Else No body would like to unnecessarily delay the train because Train delay hurts IR as well...
