Dat TT was too slow. The point is overtake of 5 trollers as per d situation:
1) 12417
2) 12553
3) 12225
4) 12559

These trns are never looped if 12303/81 runs behind these n these trns are solely responsible in addition of delays to Poorva. 12559 if overtaken somewhere, re-overtakes Poorva again n d whole situation can be thought of. Yesterday, 12303 was looped at ETW for an hr or so n was overtaken back to back by 12559, 12393, 12273, 12309 n 12403. Maybe some failure was there, bt I m not so sure, so I wud not comment on dat bt if there wasn't any failure, it clearly shows d mindset of NCR.
