12717 left VSKP at 12:57 and 12863 left at 12:45...but VSKP DRM manipulated NTES by showing RT for 12717.. infact 12718 reached VSKP after 12863.
Don't know what they get by fudging NTES like this.

From YLM to KADIYAM 12863 took 1hr 49mins.. with one halt.12717 took 1hr 50mins with 4 halts.. Ratnachal Mass.
Sadly it will be trolled as Circar is just ahead.
