Trolley service, Soft music throughout the journey, staff were courteous & polite as practice of asking tip was not there etc . were previously available in Shatabdi speaking of the ones plying on Asr route .. I don't how does this help in make over of service ... when politeness, comfortable journey are basic things expected out of Railway in lieu of service to the Passengers...Thnxs!!

IR sirf train time par chalaye, price reasonable rakhe aur train coaches clean.
isse jyada kuch nahi chahiye.
