With the complete electrification of MAS/MDU route, can we expect reduction in train timings between MDU and MAS since there is no changing locos?
electrification can reduce time only by 30 minutes but doubling can certainly reduce timings of loco like WDP#4 can haul the train so my priority is doubling first intead of electrification diesel locos are very good
Yes, the timings would be altered soon. Some of the trains would be getting the electric locos in the Phase 1
