Your ticket is on a Remote location Wait list you have average chance of confirmation., but since you say you have to reach for urgent buisness I will suggest you to book from PGT to HYD (The current status is RAC) and then go to the PRS counter and have the boarding changed to CBE. The boarding change needs to be done 24 hours before departure of the train.

You can not exclusively rely on this WL ticket in view of summer vacation season. Tatkal ticket booking will start on 18.3.2010 and you need to be very fast and in time for booking @ 8.00 am .
