12138 being the train that truly is lifeline of the region under Ncr jhansi and their one of the limited connections to Mumbai receives a not welcoming step treatment, even with its time table being more aggressive than 12646/12804/12148 slot.

See today's run.. It gave a good run In JHS - ET.. But always gets extra halt at Itarsi and till it reaches Banapura the covered delay in JHS - ET remains of no use
