I believe that a division should be responsible enough for its stations . No doubt, ADRA division has developed smaller stations with better amenities which is result of fair resource allocation but they should push harder in case of BKSC if there are hurdles else let it merge with RNC Division and lose its strongest source of income. It's a division and not a company of emotions for Bengal towns and love for particular stations. If they want to nurture PRR and pay full attention then let go BKSC and do whatever they want to with the newly born A class PRR.
