A new experimental feature "Enable Chat" has been introduced for logged-in users. You will find the link next to your name at the top. When you enable chat, your Google Talk online status will appear next to your name in your blog posts. So, anon users may see your post/reply to their query, and will have the option to continue the chat in private, maybe for acquiring/exchanging ticket details, etc. The feature requires the Google Talk client.
Chat may not be universally useful to everyone, but you may test it out. One important aspect is that you can completely turn it off (by clicking on the same link) if, after testing, you find it is not useful to you.

I think this feature will make "Indian Rail Info" as massanger. Please don't make this site fun making. It is very useful to now everyone but if you do that then you loss your prestige.
