No dual loco has been asked. He meant to say that if GZB WAP 7 isn't available and the pairing train has brought BRC WAP 7 (since BRC is near DD), so that BRC WAP 7 can take the train. 2 loco links are useful in the case of returning train to take the 'to go' train
BRC is Aprrox 500 km from DD Yes KYN WAP#7 can be added it is not too much Far from DD
