Over enthusiastic CM who hurriedly flagged off Lucknow Metro 6 months back just before UP elections, which still does not seem to be ready to roll.
Tweet that "he had rolled the engine long back, the coaches are bound to roll"!! The Political engine, which was flagged off just before the elections, badly derailed in the Assembly elections.
Ultra anxiety to reap political credit and unrealistic target dates put by politicians to suit their interests, is leading to undue hurry and poor quality of construction of the infrastructure projects.
