Good initiative.
But he should remember this fact : LHB coaches are anti-telescopic and anti-climbing but NOT anti-derailment. In case of accidents and derailments, LHB can only reduce casualties but the damage done to the coaches as a consequence of derailment is inevitable. He should also take steps to minimize derailments.
