I want to travel in AP express from New delhi to mathura in unreserved/General coach. But ticket provider deny me by saying that i have to take ticket for new delhi to bhopal.. please tell me clear about this rule. is there any rule of minimum Kilo metre in some trains?

Dear All, as per the rules of Indian Railways, even if there is a distance/section restrictions on some trains, the passengers can book short journey tickets if berths are available and travel. Even unreserved tickets can be booked on the platform / inside the train against vacancies.
buy ticket for agra and get down in mathura simple prob no need of heavy discussionbut for agra also you should but sleeper ticket and get down in mathura you will get confirmed ticket
