Come to SR RF club and you would understand. There are 4-5 admins in TN but none have voted. This is just the case of admins.

Bhai kuchh states ki population kam h aur unke active members bhi kam. Joint isiliye kiya h kyo ki in states ke members bhi poll me hissa lene me interest le.
