* Mumbai-Delhi in 13 hrs look highly improbable with 130kmph max speed. For 13 hr journey, higher max speed of 150/160kmph for NZM-MTJ & 140/150 kmph on straighter stretches like MTJ-Kota, have to be accordeded.
* Third Raj should be introduced only after treatment of its "FlexiFare Virus" i.e. either discarding it altogether or drastically reducing its intensity & band width. Else seats shall continue to go vacant.
