i had reserved sleeper class ticket but it is in waiting list, if 3ac is available, can i get that in lieu of this and pay balance diff. amount please help me.

Your query is not clear.assuming you have tatkal WL ticket for sleeper class and you want
to know that if you can get 3ac seat by paying extra money?
please let us know train name, date of journey.it depends if seats are available in 3ac,if yes then please contact TTE on board and ask him for same.
