I have one e-ticket booked for 2 person, both er in WL as of now. Please let me know the refund amount if I cancel the ticket on the DOJ for the below scenarios :
1. Both passengers are in WL
2. 1 passenger in RAC and one in WL

for 12695 MAS-TVC, chart preparation from the Train Originating Station is from MAS( around 12.00 pm) and If my booking is from CBE to TVC , "from the Previous chart Preparation station" means chart preparation time from CBE station (around 07.00 pm)
Since CBE -TVC comes in RLGN , WL may CNF from the chart preparation at MAS itself ,if availability is there while charting at MAS

CBE happens to be the next Chart Preparing Station (Not Previous), Assuming there aren't any chart preparing station enroute.
