I have one e-ticket booked for 2 person, both er in WL as of now. Please let me know the refund amount if I cancel the ticket on the DOJ for the below scenarios :
1. Both passengers are in WL
2. 1 passenger in RAC and one in WL

CBE happens to be the next Chart Preparing Station (Not Previous), Assuming there aren't any chart preparing station enroute.
When you speak of availability of berths, do read the following blog link and then present the bloggers with a situation how berths from MAS can be used from CBE onwards.
