I did a e-ticket for my family (3 adults) on August 6 for August 11's 02424 Guwahati DBRT Rajdhani Express, Boarding at Guwahati, Reservation upto TSK.
But, 'due to security reasons', the train was cancelled. I did the tickets through IRCTC (amount Rs 2495, paid through HDFC netbanking) and was told at the station that the money will be fully refunded within a few working days. Its been more than a month since the train was cancelled and I am still waiting for the refund.
What should I do now? Any...

Cancellation of e-tickets in case of trains cancelled:
If the train is marked as "CANCELLED" in PRS due to breaches, floods, accidents etc. full refund is permissible in case the ticket is cancelled within three days of the scheduled departure of the train. In case of e-tickets, such cancellations can be done by the customer through Internet.
