Hi dear,
I think railway should use alternative route for congestion free train movement.
For example :- if any train run via MFP to NDLS - we can use route BMKI - NKE-CPJ-GKP instead of CPR-SV- MW.
We can use after completion of CPJ-THE route for train which CPR-SV-GKP via POU.

railway use alternative route for long distance train so i think it will be improved congestion free & smooth movement of the train.
I don't think doubling is only solution for that. Doubling is required but if we can use alternative route it will gives us better result in respect of train movement.
