Hello,
I have booked a Waitlisted ticket on train no. 12781 from Satara (STR) (departure time 12:10 PM) to Bhopal (BPL). The Boarding point is selected as Pune Jn (PUNE) (departure time 16:10 PM) .
If I have to cancel this ticket, as per the cancellation rules, can you please let me know:
1) Will the cancellation time limit be applicable based on departure...

time from Satara (booking station), or will be based on departure time from Pune (boarding station)
2) If the ticket comes to RAC and I cancel it 30 minutes before the cancellation time limit (pt. 1 above), will the cancellation charge be levied considering it as confirmed ticket, or will it be considered as Waitlisted ticket?
Please let me know.
