BTW the answer to your question is Kazipet was not able to fill 2 Mumbai bound trains (Tadoba & Anandwan), everyone knows that and I've personally seen this. So I wasn't sure about the patronage of this train.
BUT because of Chandrapur, Wardha, Badnera and Balharshah this time, the Pune Kazipet train is full.

This train is mainly for BPQ/CD/WR/BD/AK/BSL pax......not for KZJ........it could have started from BPQ itself, but since maintenance facilities are not available at BPQ, it goes till KZJ
