I added the first Departure to indicate the effective date from where it starts its run with new TT...
let me know how I can mentioned the effective date without mentioning the first departure ? if there is any way so that next time, I will be carefull about that ?

First departure is only for NEW trains which are not on tracks.
yeah I do agree...but where is the field to indicate the effective date from which the new TT starts ? is there any such field to indicate the first run with new TT in update TT section ?
or is that something only admin people can do but not to regular IRI members ?

anyways , Thank you for the clarification...my intention was to mention the date from when the new TT will be effective...if that is something not to be mentioned, I will avoid next time...
