English RSA Board. Bengali Board not found :( may be because PM is being done by HTE/RNC. Absence of Bengali board did create a confusion for non-hindi-english readers at Howrah.
Link is now totally destroyed. Getting WAG-5s. 12827 and 22891 is suffering huge delays cause of this. They require quick acceleration and upto 110 kmph speed. WAGs are pretty slow to even attain their max i.e 100 kmph. WAP7 is now a history for them. 12827/28 used to be regularly pulled by WAP7. Gone those days.
Only Steel and Rupashi Bangla is getting...

SRC has no hand in this RSA. Otherwise everything would have been fine. As PM is done at Hatia, its giving WAG-5 to it's train ie. 22892/08628 which is coming to Howrah. From there the same loco is getting reversed and hauling as Purulia Express. SRC can't intervene as the rake belongs to RNC now. ADRA's request will be useless. Hatia will simply say "We don't have stock, 12827 is not of our duty." Only solution is either KGP and SRC both has to intervene and change the whole loco link chain or usage of pitlines at PRR which is yet to exist. Once a WAP7 starts hauling 12827 whole chain will be get upgraded link.
