Well there are chances for confirmation... Wait till 26th of October... If there is not much improvement in the status, then apply for HO quota... There are 46 seats availlabe in HO Quota... But learning from the new experiances, it would be better if you personally go with the application for applying for the HO Quota...

Personally means by hand... Do not use any other means of sending the application... You can youeself go and apply...Your mother need not go to the station...
