I have rajhdhani ticket for 3AC from CLT- NZM which WL. Can i change the reservation from ERS to NZM and boarding from CLT with same status of WL.

no you can not do as per your question. Your ticket is from CLT to NZM. Train route is
TVC-ERS-CLT-NZM. You can change the boarding point enroute not backwards.
