next thing u will need is a Loco, staff, lp , alp, crew, Rails , sleepers, signals etc. etc. never ending list.

I think cost of 1 coach is around 65 lakhs so ( 65 X 24 coaches = 16 crores + 1 Loco = 9 crores so total 25 crores) go and get it.
