hello,
I am travelling by Rajdhani on 29th December. While booking the ticklet (on Oct 1st) the Alleppey stop was removed and it was not taking the booking from alleppey and kollam. So i booked the ticket from ernakulam to Delhi.Now I see the stop has been reinstated in the time table and showing stop at alleppey on 29th dec '11. Can i board from Alleepey with my booking from Ernakulam. How much difference amt i have to pay ?. Is it normal fair (2 ac) fair from Alleppey to ERS or only some additional amt?. Can anybody advice ?

for rajdhani rules n fines will be strict. so better not to take risk. its better to book ticket or have a pre talk with railway authorities for the same case they may suggest something
Sorry I failed to that it is a Rajdhani. It is better to book a ticket from Allepey to ERS. But distance restrictions may come into play. First check on line whether tickets from Allepey to ERS is available.
Why you are taking risk, take a express ticket and board 16342 TVM - EKM express (All coaches are 2S )at 20.20 will reach Ernakulam at 21.30 still you have 50min for your Rajdhani.
Instead you can book the ticket between ALLP and ERS now in the same train. Seats are available for all classes on the day you are travelling and the booking is available between the two stations for this train.

Book separate ticket for ALLEPEY TO ERNAKULAM....47 seats available in 3AC and 4 seats in 2AC..!!
