is there any option in IRCTC site to change the boarding station after online booking of the tickets??

No the boarding point cannot be changed through IRCTC site...for changing the boarding point you have to go to the PRS counter alongwith Ticket Printout + ID Proof photocopy & fill the form to change the boarding station.
