Do you think harihar-kottur line has been one of the most neglected rail lines under swr territory?

As of now Kotturu - Harihar is operational and only single passenger runs through this section. But if Kotturu - Gunda road - Hosapete section becomes operational, then it will be more useful. Some trains can be run towards Gadag - Bagalkot - Vijayapura (Bijapur) - Solapur route from Bengaluru - Tumakuru - Chikjajur Davangere route via Kotturu - Hosapete if the full section from Hosapete to Amaravati colony Junction becomes operational.
