Dear All,
When can IR solve this UR problem ? We can find in most of d trains UR traveling in Reserved coach causing Inconv. to reserved pass and also themselves

I saw this once @ SBC by train 2658, i rche stn early and I was wondering from starting to end of d stn, and noticed a person approached a railway men and asked for a seat in UR for train no. 2658, he asked Rs.50.00 to give seat in UR, the person agreed an he, railwaymen took him along with him near d yard where 2658 was waiting in LOOP line @ yard to come to PF No. 1.. Unfortunately this train has only 1.5 UR. What is d point in issuing countless UR tkts by railways
