Is the 2501 1st AC coach (HA1) well maintained and clean?

To utter disappointment instead of 12501 rake, the 15601 rake is going today and there is no HA1 coach and have to accomodate in a 2 tier AC. As per TTE the 12502 rake reached late from NDLS to ghy. But it has arrived guwahati at 11.50 PM on 15 night and today’s PSK starting from ghy at 9.15 AM (3 hours late). Could understand why the 12502 coaches are not ready even in 9 hours of time? Awful train, not suggested at all.
