the train is permitted to go at a speed of 15kmph.. So it takes nearly 5 mins to cross the bridge... I guess when the wind speed increases to 60 kmph they will make the signal before the bridge to red and see if it crosses the speed level... ( Not sure) have seen signal posts on both the ends of bridge.....

This signal is not for the wind speed. This is equivalent of the electric signal you find elsewhere for the trains to cross. This is an old type signal. Nowadays, automated electric light signals have been installed at most places.
sir, i dint say its the signal for wind speed... wht i meant was, if the speed of wind gets more than 60-70, they will stop the train movement with the help of this post in chance the train left the station....
