17031dn MUM-HYD EXP shows rac 45/37.
can i go ahead & book the same in SL.Will it get confirmed for 24th nov.

i did another booking,transaction in process by irctc payment done but,After 15 long minutes it says connection problem,pls try again.
That means do i have to rebook again or what? Im in the same page where the error has generated.
Pls help further.
