A report in Malayala Manorama on the possible implications of bifurcation(which SR describes as 'transfer of jurisdiction') of TVC division.
The proposal is to hand over railway line from TVC to TEN & NCJ - CAPE to MDU; in return TVC will get 89 odd km in QLN - Bhagavatipuram stretch.
